Processor Assoc - (EP47327) Job Requisition ID: EP47327 Job Title: Processor Assoc Job Type: Part-Time< 20 Hours Location: Chicago, IL Post Date: 02/13/2014 Job Description: Schedule : Part – time Saturday - Sunday 7:00am - 5:30pm Position Purpose: In this fast-paced environment, you will have a direct impact on the clients of Remittance and Check Solutions, handling inbound mail in various forms (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) by sorting and preparing the mail for processing per the customer’s instructions. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1.Perform routine duties, such as pick-up, sorting and delivery of work batches and other business-related deliveries to the mailroom. 2.Prepare inbound mail to be run and sorted through mail sorter equipment. 3.Identify postal mail that is incorrectly directed and must be returned to the post office. 4.Research and direct mail to correct PO box number. 5.Meet or exceed established department standards for quality and productivity while completing all of the duties listed above. 6.Perform other duties as required The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Education: ·High school diploma or equivalent Job Related Experience: ·Up to two years of high-volume mail handling experience preferred.
