Description: Job Title: Systems Security Engineer Job ID: HITS02141113 Job Description: •Perform configuration and operation of vulnerability management reporting tools in support of DIACAP requirements•Compile vulnerability management reports to meet monthly deliverable requirements DIACAP objectives and other needs per the customer•Research required fix actions and collaborate with system engineers in developing plans of action to mitigate findings•DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II (Security+) certification is required within 3 months of hire Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or a commensurate combination of education, training and experience. Preferred / Additional Skills: •Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems preferred•Previous DoD or Air Force Experience is desired•Previous knowledge of DoD Certification and Accreditation is also desired This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. In order to obtain a clearance you need to be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
