Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations. Assist Maintenance Manager with care and oversight of our grounds and physical plant, including repair and ongoing maintenance as needed. This will require knowledge of and skills related to electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, as well as good problem solving skills. Assist Maintenance Manager with open and closing procedures at the beginning and end of the season. Care and maintenance of pools and spas according to health standards including daily cleaning and chemical level maintenance. Help cover maintenance managers days off. Participate in ongoing improvements of grounds and facilities. Work with the front desk bell/sports attendants on amenities. Controls shipping and delivery area. Work with Manager on key control. Maintain light re-supply depot. Perform regular maintenance on golf carts and bicycles. Focus On the Customer - Seek to understand the guest, internal and external customer and meet and exceed the needs of both the customer and the company. Attend to Detail - Ensure that work is accurate, thorough and to the highest standards. Take Responsibility - Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results. Apply Professional, Product, or Technical Expertise - Demonstrate the ability to apply technical, professional, or product expertise to everyday hotel situations.
