Responsible for Operations Management and oversight of production program. Responsible for the overall cost, schedule, quality and execution of the Production Program. Operations leadership throughout the IPDS program life cycle, developing schedule plans, resource loading, and management of business performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate across the organization. Experience implementing lean manufacturing concepts and/or use of Six Sigma tools to reduce variation is required. Minimum of 10 years directly related work experience. Prior experience in Aerospace Defense related industry is desired.Experience within a matrix organization. experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and general Supply Chain processes.
