This position is for a Career Development Team Manager (Team I) with a job corps located in Memphis, TN. Duties Include: Manage and coordinate all activities related to the Career Development Phase and Career Transition Phase; Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the team and provides support for the total Center to enhance student social, educational and emotional development; Please note other duties may include, but are not limited to, mentoring, student recruitment and placement. Qualifications Include: Bachelor Degree and three years experience in counseling, education, guidance, human development, psychology, social work, marketing, education or related area; valid Regular Driver License is required. Normal work schedule will be Monday - Friday; 7:45 am - 4:45 pm, Saturday and Sunday; Off.
