(USA-NY-New York) Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner - Lymphoma Service
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is a world renowned organization dedicated to the progressive control and cure of cancer through programs of patient care, research, and education. Work collaboratively with physicians on the Lymphoma Service, and as an integral part of the research team (consisting of the principle investigators, Research Study Assistants, Data Managers and Nursing Staff) to develop and conduct clinical trials. Responsibilities include collaborating with the P.I. and assisting throughout the institutional review process, including the in writing/reviewing protocols and consent forms. Additionally, you will screen patients for protocols, participate in the informed consent process and provide education for patients considering enrollment or enrolled on a clinical trial. Clinical responsibilities include monitoring toxicities, assessing clinical responses and providing exemplary patient care while ensuring the protocol is conducted in a high quality manner. Current NYS RN and NP license/registration, Master's Degree, prescriptive privileges (or eligible), 3+ years of related clinical experience, related national certification, strong communication skills and relevant computer skills required. Related research experience preferred.
