Key responsibilities will be:Insure safety policies are enforced and fill out accident reports as necessarySchedule and assign daily work assignments according to prioritiesRun daily dispatch list and insure its accuracyMonitor and improve daily productivity and product qualityMaintain and report Metrics daily/weekly for safety, capacity, and productivityProvide leadership and counsel employees as needed on main floorProvide training to employees to include process, quality, and safetyAssist supervisor in reviews of employee performanceRecord and track attendanceSchedule and track all overtimeTrain new hires on packaging proceduresSet up/change over all machines in the departmentIdeal candidates would have 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
