Part time Hours Vary: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. OR 2:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.; every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Candidates must have good telephone and negotiations skills, ability to work under pressure, and PC skills. Responsibilities will include handling inbound account closure requests and making outbound activation calls to customers using various retention techniques. Customer service, collection and or credit card industry experience is preferred.
