Must be able to speak Spanish - English not required for this position Must have transportation to and from our site. Must be willing and able to work hardMust be able to work well with others, listen to supervisors, adhere to safety guidelines Must be able to satisfactorily pass training for several types of equipment Must be able to lift 60lbs on occasion Must be on time and professional everyday for your co-workers and customers Must be able to treat customers with respect and have a helpful can do attitude Learn how to make mow patterns and change pattern each week without being told. Remove trash from landscape areas. Remove weeds from sidewalks, curb lines, and mulch beds. Learn to use the proper equipment for the job being performed.Learn how to change blades and clean decks on lawn mowersLearn how to use a line trimmerLearn how to use a stick edger. Learn proper use and techniques for blower useAlways wear a clean uniform Attend-participate in company orientation program before performing any work.Know exactly what fuel each piece of equipment requires.Gets a job done on time and knows what to do next.Volunteers to take on a new or different job, project or responsibility. Goes beyond what is expected to do a better job.
