(USA-UT-LEHI) Maintenance
Maintenance person needed for an Retail Outlet Mall. Will maintain all center equipment and vehicles, maintain and clean all common areas of the shopping center, perform a variety of field maintenance tasks, perform all duties according to OSHA health and safety standards, and support all departments. Must be abel to always work as a positive team member. Duties include: pressure washing, snow shoveling, cleaning building fixtures, minor repairs, organizing work area and equipment, and more. Will work: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday 6:00 AM till 2:30 PM and will have Tuesday and Wednesday off. Hours worked adjusted seasonally. Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and forklift, work well under pressure, be able to lift up to 90 pounds with the use of proper equipment, experience working with hand and power tools, must be abel to communicate with staff over radios. Must have good speech and hearing. Must have a high school diploma and be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Employer conducts background and drug screenings.
