(USA-UT-OREM) Journeyman Mechanic - Point of the Mount
POSITION AVAILABLE: JOURNEYMAN MECHANICLOCATION: Point of the Mountain Shop, Murray, UT DUTIES: Repairs trucks, loaders, and other pieces of heavy equipment in a safe manner. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years experience as a Journeyman Diesel Mechanic with extensive knowledge of yellow iron, including Cat and John Deere. Will be required to work majority of time out in pit environment and must be able to operate computerized troubleshooting programs from laptop in the field. Must have: current CDL Class A license; DOT medical card; with clean driving record and be insurable. Must have or be able to obtain: a valid MSHA certificate; forklift training; and Manlift Operator Certification. Welding experience is necessary. This will be a rotating shift with possibility of weekend assignments.
