Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Salt Lake City,UTSalary Range: $16.00-hr. - $19.00-hr.Employment Type: Full TimeEmployer: Prince,Perelson amp;amp; AssociatesDescription: A global company is in need of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer credit accounts for the purpose of collecting past-due balances and managing the accounts receivable process. Candidate must have three to five years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable and have exceptional communication skills. This person must have the ability to interface with all levels of management and clientele. This individual will be an excellent problem solver,have a strong attention to detail and accuracy,and enjoy working in a fast-paced,changing environment.Essential Duties: Assist in collection of past due accounts Assist in electronic submission of invoices to customer web portals Track invoice issues (in Excel spreadsheets); experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred Monthly tasks such as generation of customer statements Assist other accounts receivable team members with general accounting items Investigate and resolve customer queries Review contracts Special projects as assignedKey Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter Ability to interface with all levels of management Excellent customer service skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills Strong follow-through Attention to detail and accuracyEducation and Experience Requirements: Three to five years of Accounts Receivable,collections and customer service experience General accounting experience preferred; Proficiency in Excel required Accounting or other business degree preferredClick Here to Download Complete Job Description
