Assists with the definition, design, and development of website functionality that maximizes revenue, improves customer experience, and enhances brand value.Responsibilities:The role entails optimizing the online shopping experience on multiple existing sites and maintaining one internal site. The role assists with driving site traffic through external marketing efforts while increasing conversion through site presentation and product merchandising. Web analytics are used to identify and react to areas of opportunities. Working with internal teams on pricing, deals, etc.•Create product pages to highlight trends and promotions.•Create product descriptions and pics and assure products are in appropriate categories with correct images, titles and descriptions•Ensure all products are posted correctly•Using pricing matrix to manage multiple tiers and sites. •Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.•Excellent communication skills both oral and written.•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required and design software (Photoshop, HTML, ) •Demonstrated proficiency of consumer-focused web-mobile platforms and web analytics.•Manage product inventory•Recommend products to add to various sites•Assist with social mediaWe are a small and growing company with a casual environment, flexible, and thrive on self guided accomplishments within the collaborative environment.Salary: DOE
