West Jordan, UT 84081The wage is $9 per hourThe schedule for the position is 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday Purpose and Scope of Position: -- Make sure all products meet SnugZ USA QC standards -- Support team and assist in training communication Key Responsibilities• Assist with continuous improvement within the department. Sustain new ideas implemented. "Kaizen" • Communicate and give feedback on new ideas to team members and supervisor.• Assist Supervisor with quality coaching as needed for team members.• Conduct training for new temporary team members on QC standards for this department and quality expectations. • Make sure team members are applying Quality standards at all the times when they are filling orders. C=Containers P=Product F=Flavor A=Amounts S=Special inst. To know more about these quality steps see "QC Standards -SOP"• Actively move from area to area training everyone equally spot checking orders for quality consistency.• Answer questions from team members regarding quality issues. • Sample product to make sure it is good quality.• Fill out chain of custody form for every order in and out.• Follow through on orders with special instructions.• Be the 3rd counter on orders if counts are inconsistent.• Fill out in house resolution forms as needed.• Address QC issues with appropriate teams as needed. • Keep track of all quality control issues. Run weekly progress reports for supervisor. Evaluate reports with supervisor recommend solutions for common issues. • Conduct department weekly QC meetings following the SOP. Fill out Agenda Roll sheet for each meeting. • Receive and organize returned (damaged, contaminated, bad) product necessary paperwork for SweetZ team.• Learn and implement 5S program.
