A SMALL CHARITY OPERATION HAS AN IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT FOR A QUALIFIED OFFICE MANAGER.
WE WANT A PEOPLE PERSON WITH A COMMITMENT TO BUILD ON WORKING RELATIONSHIPS IN THE ORGANISATION AND WITH OUR STAKEHOLDERS.
AT LEAST 6 YEARS RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE AT SENIOR LEVEL IN AN ADMIN. ROLE WITH BASIC ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE. ABILITY TO PRODUCE AND PRESENT FINANCIALS TO A BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ARRANGE FUNDRAISING EVENTS, AND PROMOTIONS, TOGETHER WITH FULL FUNCTION OFFICE ADMINISTRATION FOR THE ORGANISATION.
YOU WILL PROVIDE SECRETARIAL SUPPORT FOR OUR TRUSTEES. ENSUTE COMPLIANCE WITH CHARITABLE LAWS AND MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESSFUL OPERATION OF THE CAHRITY.
