Salary: AED 18,000 per month + commissions on event profit

The Role
As a Conference Production Manager, this individual will be responsible for annual growth on the repeat events in their portfolio, identifying new launch event opportunities for the company and deepening external industry relationships in the Banking & Finance and Oil and Gas sector.
Specific Role Requirements include
• Producing and growing a portfolio of Banking & Finance related events
• Developing a financial forecast for their annual portfolio, taking accountability for overall strategic and financial growth
• Managing and delivering their annual schedule, conducting analysis on each event to balance risk and ensure productivity and profit targets are met
• Independently project managing their portfolio, working with a dedicated sales and marketing team to ensure the development and execution of cross functional strategies
