Qualifications:

· This position requires superior English communication (oral and written), keyboarding and organizational skills and the ability to initiate and create and follow up on correspondence as necessary.

· Efficient and creative in any given task.

· Strong analytic and interpersonal skills.

· Must possess a keen understanding and respect for confidentiality.

· Independent with excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to process administrative tasks and manage own responsibilities.

· Ability to organize travel kit (visa, ticket, hotel and necessary documents as required).

· Must have a high degree of professionalism and initiative.

· In addition, this position requires knowledge of budgetary procedures, and policies.

· High computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop).

· Preferably fluent in Arabic writing and conversation.
