Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible to ensure effective and efficient handling of all administrative activities and responsibilities of the Executive Director, HR office at Emaar by communicating and coordinating with internal & external customers at all levels, helps to create smooth, efficient, productive and harmonious environment to support Executive Director, HR unhindered attention to strategic and vital matters in achieving Emaar’s mission through short term & long term objectives
Key Accountabilities:
• Ensures all administrative activities of Executive Director, HR are handled, calls screened and re directed where necessary in an effective and efficient manner to help maximise productivity
• Ensure strict confidentiality, discretion and professionalism while dealing with delicate company matters/issues
• Ensures effective and continuous communication between Executive Director, HR and reporting management team to allow Executive Director, HR to direct, control and motivate executive for smooth running of operations
• Ensure smooth coordination of VIP visitors from planning, execution, monitoring, and conclusion for visit to help and maintain reputation of the company
• Manages regular interface with Group CEO’s & Chairman’s office to ensure continuous communication for smooth running of operations as directed
• Reports work progress of Executive Director, HR on regular basis and keeps him up to date specially with any major issues that require his immediate or continuous attention
• Provides training & development guidance to UAE nationals, if required and reports in progress
• Performs all other tasks as assigned
