Consumer and Media Research - 70%
• Support the development of innovative, compelling and on-going thought leadership program for all MCN companies.
• Create & publish pieces of thought leadership, occasionally.
• Work closely with the agency’s account managers to identify research, analytics and knowledge gaps.
• Build and develop relationships with agency clients, including their research teams where possible.
• Promote research and analytics with existing clients and present key insights on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all research results are presented in a compelling and digestible way.
• Support General Manager on key client research requirements.
New business - 20%
• Working in close collaboration with MCN agencies on new business pitches - in particular more challenging briefs.
• Ensure that role of Capella is being championed as part of our new business proposition.
• Be actively involved in all primary research that is commissioned as part of the pitch process.
Management responsibilities 10%
• Oversee work, ensuring that it meets the highest possible standard, is accurate and is delivered to agreed timelines.
• Work with the General Manager to ensure that communication reach is maximized within MCN companies.
