The Health Solutions Client Executives (HSCE) lead client management and development of engagement strategies with their clients. They help clients realize the full value of the Humana offerings they are engaged with. HSCE contribute to Humana''s sales successes by creating well-being and engagement strategies with clients and brokers. They create client satisfaction and focus on driving Humana’s integrated solution value proposition. They work with the Health Solutions Sales Executives to assist in developing cross selling, retention strategies, receiving insights and recommendations to the client to improve employee health. HSCE are accountable for retention and coordinating activation. They work with the Consumer Experience Consultant on activation, engagement and enrollment. HSCE develop and implement strategies to optimization the business relationship. They make recommendations on how to solve business problems using Health and Wellness solutions. **Major Responsibilities** * Focuses on helping clients receive the full benefits of their relationship with Humana through proactive outreach, education, and engagement strategies * Develops strategies with clients and brokers to improve key business performance metrics * Works with the CEC on engagement strategies, and activation and enrollment activities * Coordinates necessary resources: activation and engagement resources drive wellness solutions with clients, and their associates and families. * Collaborates with the Agency Relationship Manager to identify potential 300+ opportunities, and develop engagement strategies * Provides insights that generate interest in add-on lines and well-being services with in-force customers * Shares reports, data, and thought leadership to employers regularly throughout the year per defined schedule of events and expectations (Plan Compass, PVC, Scorecards) * Executes the strategies developed by the Market VP and meets or exceeds retention goals **Key Competencies** * **_Executes for Results:_** Effectively leverages resources to create exceptional outcomes, embraces change and constructively resolves barrier constraints. * **_Accountability:_**** **Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results; encourages others to do the same. * **_Interpersonal Effectiveness:_** Understands oneself, effectively manages emotions, listens and communicates with respect, and builds trusting relationships. * **_Customer Focus:_**** **Connects meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy.
