And we’re looking for talent that wants to grow, be challenged and inspired to help make that happen. **Assignment Capsule** Be a part of Humana’s Sales team – help to improve overall wellness of others by implementing practical and useful benefit solutions. The Service Market Support representative provides service issue resolution for all 2+ clients when standard issue resolution processes are not working successfully. This role works with the needed Humana departments, primarily Customer Call Centers and Account Installation, and individuals to resolve client issues, while presenting a single point of contact to the client. He or She will work issues raised by both Brokers and clients. The Service Market Support takes the sales team out of the issue resolution process so they can focus on selling activities. This role will engage with Account Installation (AI) and Sales Advocate staff as needed during implementation. They will coordinate and collaborate with the appropriate Humana departments to resolve problems for the client. **Major Responsibilities** * Escalate issues to the appropriate person or organization to expedite the resolution of complex problems on behalf of the client. * Develop multiple internal relationships with key departments to assist with problem-solving * Identify systemic recurring issues, identify root causes, and develop systemic solutions for process improvement * Elevate issues and solutions to the Manager of Engagement & Administrative Support for cross department, market, region, and Broker/ GA improvements * Work directly with clients to determine their view of issues, and be the client advocate for resolution when the standard channels are not resolving the issue(s). Communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction with the resolution.
