Req ID 284621BR Industry Job Title Business Process Analyst Staff Job Code/Title E5434:Business Process Anlyst Stf Job Description This position supports the Security Operations organization in the Enterprise Operations (EO) business. The Business Process Analyst Staff is responsible for a full range of activities to ensure the operational and functional effectiveness and excellence of the LMSecurity Operations Center. The Business Analyst Sr. will: -Serve as Project/Applications Manager and lead a number of key projects for enterprise-wide Security. -Serve as the functional expert on specified security applications. -Point of contact supporting Security Professionals across the Business Areas. -Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify security applications. -Use effective communication techniques to educate the Organization, Management, Executive Management and others when collaboration and partnering is required in order to support Security Operations' technical requirements and business objectives. Basic Qualifications -Demonstrated analytical and decision making skills -Position interfaces with Business Unit Management, Engineering Staff and internal Customer Reps to design and implement security systems emerging technologies. -Ability to research information and summarize, and present data -Ability to manage established processes -Effective communications skills both written and verbal -Ability to work in a Team environment and independently -Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma Initiatives -Advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels -Ability to utilize, enhance and provide security systems and technical enhancement recommendations and functional support on the following applications such as (or similar): *Security Information Management System (SIMS) *CrossMatch eFingerprint Security Software and Hardware support *Resource Account Management *Project Management following the Systems Development Lifecycle Support Model *ReadSoft Optical Character Recognition Application -Effective presentation skills Desired skills Functionally lead and manage enterprise-wide security applications: - Customized BMC product (Remedy) - Lockheed developed database application experience with enterprise use and ownership with the following organizations: HR, Ethics, Security, Privacy, CIRT and EEO - COTS application (Security Information Management System – SIMS) Provide strategy for application enhancements, technology refresh, and work directly with the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) technical team -Provide functional program recommendations and strategy for the Security Data Warehouse and using Business Intelligence for reporting -Big Data Security Clearance Top Secret LMCareers Business Unit ESS1000 CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS Business Area Enterprise Operations Department 31208:Security Operations - Orlando Job Class Security Job Category Experienced Professional State Florida Virtual No Relocation Available Possible Work Schedule FLEX9x80A-Friday off in 2nd week w/flex hrs/day Req Type Full-Time Direct/Indirect Indirect Shift First
