Job Location Tampa, FL Job Description Job Summary: Supports the acquisition of new business and ongoing maintenance for Regional and Local Markets. **Position Requirements**: * Manages the overall plan change, contract and benefit summary workflow processes and initiates continual enhancements and improvements of processes and ensures accurate system input. * Responsible for building strong relationships with Service, Legal, Product, Plan Master, Implementation, Underwriting and Billing. * Develops strategies and creative approaches to ensure a significant competitive advantage for MetLife. * Utilizes technology and productivity enhancements to provide a consistent approach to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient contract documents. * Provide leadership and development for team of associates in achieving overall company goals, while fostering strong partnerships with the Field, Sales and Account Management teams to provide service and support for customers. * Provides direction and oversight for 10-15 associates at the GOSC performing Local Market plan changes. * Complies with Sarbanes Oxley case implementation and plan revision guidelines. * Supports overall Customer Service and Operations goals by personal and team participation in projects and work teams. * Accountable for overall customer satisfaction in regard to plan changes and benefit summaries including the end to end customer experience. * Anticipates and identifies strategic and tactical issues and makes timely, practical decisions. * Performs other related duties as assigned or required. * 8+ yrs. relevant business experience, * Project Management experience ****Skills and Knowledge:**** * **** ****Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing people. * Knowledge of and practical application of inventory management methodologies. * Knowledge of all Administration systems (CDF, UIS, GF, Workdesk, and Soldcase) strongly preferred. * Knowledge of group insurance products and procedures a plus. * Strong PC (Word, Windows, Excel, Powerpoint) skills. * Independent decision making ability and negotiation skills * Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
