Under general supervision, implement disaster recovery services plan. Receives information about the location of critical data sets, programs, and their backup locations. Transfers staff and data to backup locations. Involved in design and performs tests of the disaster recovery plan. Assist and provide expertise to staff in emergency operations. Works with outside expert individuals and firms when necessary. Supports staff at backup locations. Works with other disaster recovery services personnel and consults and assists them with their specific tasks. Works at staff level with operations and business units responsible for applications, network, systems and other technical support. Partners across business units to ensure compliance with corporate continuity policies. The candidate will provide front line support for infrastructure and application servers and be responsible for server administrative support functions including: • Create and manage print queues • Set up, expand and maintain shared Data Folder Storage &
