Branded – GA** reports to the Director, Branded Sales and manages the business activities for Branded Aviation customer accounts with a regional and/or national presence. This position focuses on delivering extraordinary results in terms of optimum earnings, new business growth and customer satisfaction. **This postition is not location specific.** **Responsibilities may include:** * Safety – * Daily focus on operating safely in the office and while traveling. * Problem Resolution – * Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. * Interface with internal support groups creating strong working relationships & efficiencies. * Collaborate with Contracts & Customer Service CSRs to resolve customer inquiries. * Sales & Account Management Activities – * Accountable for branded aviation customer activities with a regional and/or national presence. * Manage territory by providing support & building relationships with existing & prospective customers. * Develop & cultivate key customer & industry relationships through timely and in-person meetings. * Conduct in-depth business reviews with existing customers. * Make sales calls to meet prospective customers utilizing Sales Force Excellence sales process. * Maximize territory execution & participation in branded programs. * Management of and accountable for customer’s full contract compliance. * Provide guidance to customers on branded programs, quality control, pricing methodologies. * Respond to RFPs, develop & present supply/branding proposals to existing and prospective customers. * Negotiate and recommend contract renewals and terminations to internal management. * Responsible for existing and prospective customer sales and growth within territory. * Business Strategies & Project Management – * Assist in developing long term strategies for the General Aviation business & in executing the plan. * Participate in the development and implementation of strategic branded marketing & image plans. * Recommend pricing strategy changes that maximize P66 financial results. * Provide guidance to internal management on business strategies and objectives. * Influence and inspire others to accomplish challenging goals. * Represent sales organization by participating on initiative teams as needed. * Financials – * Optimize revenues and expenses with P&L; responsibility, including travel & entertainment budget. * Evaluate new and prospective opportunities utilizing General Aviation economic model. **Basic/Required:** * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Education - High School Diploma or GED/equivalent * 3+ years sales experience * 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Transportation, or Commercial operations * 1+ years of experience demonstrating ability to analyze data, identify problems, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations * Negotiating Skills - Experience negotiating with customers or business partners while building strong, trusting relationships * Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/issues simultaneously * 3+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to positively interact with internal/external customers and establish relationships * Experience in managing multiple projects or initiatives & meeting deadlines * Proficient with PC applications, MS Office applications, CRM and data management; able to gather and interpret data from multiple systems * Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned region and/or nationally **Preferred:** * Education - Bachelor's degree * Industry/Business Experience - 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Transportation, Commercial operations * Judgment & Working Independently - Sound business judgment and complex problem solving capabilities * Self-motivated and able to work independently, without daily supervision and/or direction * Communication - Proficient in communicating effectively (both verbally & in writing) to multiple levels of internal and external management to ensure common understanding * Experience demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Accountability - Holds themselves and others accountable for meeting high performance standards * Business Strategy - 3+ years of experience identifying and evaluating new business opportunities & implementing strategic actions to capitalize on those opportunities in a way that positively contributed to the bottom line * Collaboration - Experience participating in work teams where trust & cooperation was necessary to group success * Creativity & Problem Solving - Ability to think outside the box & resolve conflict.
