(USA-NC-oxford) Process Facilitator - 3rd
Description BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for starting, stopping and operating filling equipment in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with established OEE standards. Responsible for Quality production as per RPPS. Verifies, challenges and documents equipment detection devices to ensure they are working properly per BOM, RPPS and SAR guidelines. Responsible for monitoring equipment process controls such as torques, weights temperatures, etc. and the documentation of (SAR) as required by the RPPS. Responsible to confirm to Bill of Material and Revlon Operating standards, loading of components into hoppers, bins, etc. as required keeping the filling line running. Comply with all Safety, GMP and Good Housekeeping practices. Responsible to ensure that Material Usage (MU) is at or below allowable standards. * Obtain batch from Manager or designee. Ensure clean & sanitization date with expiry * Bill of material verification to bulk and components on line (line clearance). * Ensure batch code of bulk and code on primary unit match. * Ensure that detection devices are working properly and document. * Obtain approved quality standard to produce by. * Review RPPS and ensure adherence. If Canadian batch, fill out Canadian signoff form. * Complete Self Audit Report-Start-up, Hourly inspections, and manage the FACTS system (Temps, Torques, Weights, etc). * Performs repetitive detailed sample collections across and throughout multiple lines/jobs and inspections as directed by appropriate personnel. * Physically samples, inspects and records results for overt attributes per various written or verbal directives. * Create barcode label and yield tags. Pull Beginning, Middle, and End samples according to barcode label. * Perform Crane Hoist and Sling inspection-Document. * Perform material handling duties as required on Operations sheet. Inform Manager of Safety, Quality or personnel issues. * Inform Mechanic if any adjustments need to be made to conform to Quality or Safety standards. * Start and Stop process. Complete scrap sheet at end of run. Knowledge of Safety and GMP/Housekeeping requirements. * The training of, and ongoing communication with, line personnel in culling rejects from quality pieces. Requirements * Ability to locate and understand information of a batch RPPS, ROS * SAR, Scrap Sheets and related documents. * Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time. * Consistently lift and carry 50+ lbs. * Required to climb a ladder and or steps. * Able to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and maneuver bulk drums weighing up to 400 lbs. * Must be capable of assisting in instructions for the job training of other Process Facilitators. * Basic applicable computer skills. * Must pass Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test. * Must meet vision requirements MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED - High School Graduate/GED *Requisition Number:* 14-0038 *Title:* Process Facilitator - 3rd *City:* oxford *State:* nc *Part Time:* No *Temporary:* No *Travel Required:* 0% *Shift:* 3rd
