Job Location Bridgewater, NJ or Aurora, IL Job Description **Job Summary:** Lead the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, initiatives. Take projects from original concept through final implementation; provide a single point of contact for assigned projects. Define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. **Functional Responsibilities:** * Oversee large projects that span across multiple areas, functions, and/or lines of business to implement new and/or modified processes, procedures, and/or initiatives. * Conduct complex research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management. * Oversee complex projects that include various phases and moderately sized project teams; develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. * Run project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis; provide updates to business leadership regarding project status and the application and implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and/or initiatives. * Build current state and future state process maps as part of project responsibilities or process improvement. * Draft and validate Business requirements. * Design, implement, and monitor the progress of initiatives, milestones, and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met. * Manage critical relationships with consultants and vendors, internal end users, and business customers/leadership. * Provide information and/or training to end users to help resolve inquiries related to assigned processes, procedures, and/or initiatives. * Perform other duties as assigned or required Job Requirements **Required experience:** * 5+ years of related work experience. **Preferred Experience**: * Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience * Experience using MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint * Process mapping using Visio. * Experience facilitating meetings- working with multiple lines of business and levels of management. * Ability to identify project resources. * Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
