Rehires will only be given a referral card if requested to us by Sanderson Farms. Basic Requirements: All job seekers must have a steady work history. Overtime may be required Applicants will be held accountable to produce a certain amount of items for each job in the plant. May be required to work in a temperature range from 90+ to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift and perform fast pace repetitive motion jobs. Exceptional hand eye coordination is required. 2nd Processing consists of Specialty, Cutting and Debone. Poultry production line work: requires standing, facility is cold & damp, and some overtime. Must be 18yr. *** All shifts available at this time.*** Sanderson Farms Job Referral Process: All Applicants will be subject to a criminal background check and drug screen. Those with felony convictions will be hired on a case by case basis. All Applicants must visit the Brazos Valley Workforce Center for a Pre - Interview. All Applicants must be dressed appropriately and have 2 valid forms of identification before a pre-interview can take place and a referral card can be issued Number of Referral Cards To Be Given Out Each Week Will Be Determined By Employer.
