(USA-TX-HOUSTON) Business Development Manager (Latin America)
Lead the sales process for major clients and projects in Latin America as well as lead negotiations, including quotes, processes and organization, sales processes, lead generation, project tracking, global sales coordination, sales channels selection and management. Establish and communicate, in conjunction with Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development, the Global Business Strategy for ProSep and its affiliates to ensure that proprietary technologies and processes meet clients' needs. Implement and monitor growth strategy within the customer base, leveraging the value of the combined product portfolio of the group. Participate in the quotation process and organization, sales processes, including lead generation, project tracking, global sales coordination, sales channels selection and management. Prepare sales forecasting and set performance goals. Assist in the promotion and advertising of ProSep's technologies and processes to the market. Present and recommend process equipment solutions to solve clients' processing problems, including inline mixing, co-current contactors, separators, Other Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), and production process facilities. Education/Experience: Bachelor's in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum or related Engineering or equivalent; and 3 years of experience in business development in the upstream Oil & Gas process industry. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Some travel required.
