Position: Feeder/Folder Job Description: Responsible to the Production Manager for feeding clean textiles into an ironer or folding machine for final finishing, and for making textile quality decisions based on company standards. The position requires attention to placing the items flat and straight on the ironer or folder machine. The candidate must understand and comply with the companys safety and production standards. The job may also require other related duties as assigned. Education Required: A high school diploma is not required. The successful candidate must be able to recognize colors, size and type of product, and understand and communicate in basic English. Physical Requirements: This position requires standing at the workstation during the workday. Handling the textiles will require some stooping, pulling, pushing and fine dexterity. The candidate must be able to lift up to 20 lbs., and pull and push wheeled laundry carts weighing up to 150 lbs.
