Job Responsibilities:-
Position: Commercial Director
Age: 40 to 50 yrs (Max)
Experience: 15 to 20 yrs
Qualification: Professionally Qualified (Western Educated)
Industry: Contracting company only
Details:
· Should be currently operating as a head of commercial in the organization
· Must be handling multiple projects [minimum 5 nos] worth AED
· Should have worked on projects like high-rise commercial and residential towers, airports, hospitals, malls, mixed use projects, etc.
· Should have lead a team managing contract and commercial aspect of projects with a combined value of min AED bn
· Should have worked closely with the board members to develop and execute strategies
·Should have worked in UAE with a construction contracting company for at least 8 yrs (latest)
