Our Client:
Our client is an international investment and project development firm with a regional head office in Dubai, UAE. As a part of its planned, strategic growth in the region, they seek a Deputy General Counsel to support its in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker and must be able demonstrate significant experience of cross border, M&A, joint venture and infrastructure/capital intensive projects across a number of key sectors including Energy, Power, Real Estate and Infrastructure from a private practice or in-house/client side position in the region.
Job Purpose:
The Deputy Legal Counsel will be responsible for assisting the Group General Counsel with a variety of matters relating to its business activities and the development of the company’s legal function.
