Plans, Executions and follow up of Recruitment Business.
1. Preparation of recruitment annual Strategy and Operation plan, Assurance its execution after approval.
2. Recruit the required team for the operation in Dubai and in the MENAT Region.
3. Assurance of achieving the operation and financial target as set by the management.
4. Establishment of working relations with all private and governmental bodies and bodies related to Recruitment programs.
5. Representing the company in all activities related to recruitment programs.
6. Suggest new recruitment programs in the MENAT Region.
7. Following and reporting achievement.
To achieve recruitment target in the MENAT Region.
