Main Responsibilities



•Coordinate with demand planning and assign supply source

•Do planning and control inventory movement in the region using ERP

•Make STOs, POs and track until import clearance and delivery

•Control stock health (DOG inventory, slow moving, etc…) and minimize the risk inventory level

•Manage external warehouse activities: shipment - receipt - replenishment planning

•Put in place Nalco process / procedure to standardize and clearly define each task

•Coordinate with QC for checking the quality of chemicals for re-validation

•Segregate the products as per chemical compatibility and capacity at sites

•Coordinate with plant or toller and ensure product availability

•Ensure imports are done on time (custom clearance, documentation, etc…)

•Coordinating & arranging the Third Party Inspection as applicable

•Checking, approving & forwarding the logistics invoices for payment to AP

•Coordinating with freight forwarders & AP for Inbound & Outbound freight invoices & accounts statements

•Physical Inventory control & reconciliation

•Comply with local regulation and company policies, coordinate with audit process

•Ensure compliance to SHE
