1. Create and implement plans and programs adopting the most effective and appropriate methods of construction.
2. Coordinate with Bid Manager Team or Site Project Management team and make use of appropriate techniques and software such as P6.
3. Interpret project documentation to produce integrated planning solutions.
4. Fully anticipate and interpret the demands of the project in terms of labour, materials, equipment as well as technical challenges.
5. Integrate HSE and quality management processes into construction programs to ensure safe delivery to the required specifications
6. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
7. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
8. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
9. Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
10. Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
11. Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
12. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
13. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
14. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
15. Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
16. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
17. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions.
18. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction.
19. Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
20. Any other work assigned by the management.
