A Company based in Dubai, UAE is recruiting for a Dynamic Production Manager - for our tissue converting plant.
The ideal candidate will possess willingness to take responsibility for managing the managing the tissue converting plant. He will be directly responsible for following up any safety incident at the site area with a detailed investigation and suggested corrective measure. He should be able to handle the plant independently, producing good quality output in a cost effective manner.
He must have the ability to solve analytical & technical problem during the operations and must have a good understanding of sanitary tissue manufacturing and quality process.
The Production Manager works to ensure smooth arrangement of staff working schedule. He should be able to effectively manage and direct staff and labourers under him
Job Profile:
• Communicate with existing suppliers of raw materials
• Liaise with logistic companies for the import of materials and machineries
• Planning schedule, ensure that deadlines are met
• Monitor the quality and output
