Principal Accountabilities :
* Proactively support the Recruitment team in all pre and post recruitment activities such as short listing applications, correspondence with line departments/ candidates, preparation of required documentation, briefing candidates/ recruits on all pre and post joining formalities, answering all queries raised by candidates and line departments on immigration/ labour law/company policies and procedures.
*Assist the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, making all necessary arrangements for other selection processes such as tests / assessment centers through effective coordination with candidates and other relevant personnel, as required for, to ensure smooth flow of recruitment process.
As and when required, attend selection interviews as HC panel member for Junior positions.
* Prepare Contract of employment letter to selected candidates based on specific details provided by the Recruitment Managers and obtain candidate acceptance to ensure their joining in the company is within the time limit. Prepare and issue employees IDs and joiner packs promptly, ensuring all formalities are completed accurately and efficiently.
*In partnership with HC services, co-ordinate and complete all joining formalities for all new recruits and provide necessary information to selected candidates regarding the requirement on relevant documentation and brief them on Staff Number/ Date of Joining/ Opening of a Bank account/ to ensure that the candidate is briefed with all relevant details before joining.
