Our client, a rapidly growing exhibition stand design and manufacturing company is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive - Exhibition Stands. You will be reporting directly to the exhibition Manager and the GM.
Looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales executive to join their sales development team in the Dubai office
Local experience is a must and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations/targets. The candidate must have strong existing client base and a go getter.
Your role would primarily, to bring in your existing clients and the acquisition of new client accounts for the supply of exhibition / promotional stands and to be responsible for managing the revenue and profitability of a portfolio of existing clients.
Core Responsibilities:
• Managing a monthly individual target
• Cold calling & visiting potential clients to develop business leads.
• Analyze the quality of lead, before submitting for proposal.
• Preparing quotes and securing approval before sending to clients.
• Liaise with design and production department heads to get the project going.
• Negotiate and close the sales contracts while marinating maximum profitability.
• Following up clients for up selling and maintaining fruitful business relationship.
• Making sure that client has credited full value of invoice.
Reporting Structure:
• You need to updated and follow CRM religiously
Performance Indicators:
• Generating new leads, Converting leads into deals, Closure of sales contracts, bringing minimum number of new clients on board every month
Secondary Performance Indicators:
• Punctuality, dedication, organizational skills, positive attitude and honesty.
Support system:
• Proposal making 2D or 3D
• Quote making
• Technical Support
