4 - Sending Construction Updates to Technical Office engineer
5 - Sending Modification Updates to clients
6 - Sending Report Sheet to CRM Admin or by e-mail with updated contracts & status
7 - Contacting Legal Consultant to fulfill Clients' Concerns
8 - Informing CRM Admin About client legal requests
9 - Explaining the contract & the payment plan to the client
10 - Filling the outside cash report sent from the accounting department
11 - Adjusting Clients meeting for modification and E-mailing the Eng. Department
12 - Informing clients with modification Reply & Cost
13 - Sending the Sold units with pools & delivery Phases to the engineering department
14 - Signing Contracts with Client
15 - Sending a Help Request to Reach a Certain Client
16 - Updating Contracts & Client Status after Client Meeting
17 - Follow up clients for installments as per schedule
18 - Sending greetings mail & new offers to the client
19 - Managing the account till the client received his property .
