1-Operate the tempering furnace and solve the mistakes in the machine to ensure continuous working and high quality.
2- Responsible for preparing production reports in the tempering line.
3-Ensure the quality of the products according to the required standards.
4-Monitoring and control of furnace process parameters from PLC
5-Review the oven inspection check sheet and provide the details of the report immediately.
6-Check temperature, pressure, generator and oven control system
7-Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the influence of pressure, flow, level and temperature.
