Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Plan and coordinate the company’s Manpower plan to best use employees.

·        Plan and oversee the approved the employee benefit programs.

·        Create and maintain a data for all company employees that enable the HR from providing a clear and accurate reports..

·        Carry out the company policies and procedures professionally.

·        Supervise the work of HR specialists and support staff as well.

·        Responsible for making the monthly payroll as per to the best practices.

·        Supervisor the company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.

·        Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.

·        Conducting adequate induction and training program to all company staff.

·        Supervise the performance management and review process.

·        Any other assigned tasks related to the job.
