- Responsible for all Co. information, forms and announcement through Ifsah & ECMA, ECMA2 systems
- Ensures the rights of the stakeholders in the company.
- Updates the Manager and responds on shareholder’s inquiries, present, phone, fax, post and e-mail, prior to this the shareholder supposed to check in the shareholder’s database.
- Coordinates with Manager for all job responsibilities and makes sure the department works are performed on time.
- Edits the BOD report, to comply with CMA, Tadawul and MCI requirements in order to makes sure that there is no discrepancy in the report.
- Arranges to publish Annual company financial disclosure in one wide distributed newspapers near the head office after disclosing same in TADAWUL website & Company web site.
- Coordinate and organize the GA like Ordinary and Extra ordinary General Assemblies.
