UNITECH UAE - We are searching for a Sales Executive that has at least 2-3 years experience in Garbage Chutes. An Engineering background is essential and you will be working within the Manufacturing and Trading sector.
- Searches for new clients that could benefit from company products or services and maximizes customer
potential in designated regions;
- Travels to visit potential clients;
- Establishes new and maintains existing long-term rapports with customers;
- Manages and interprets customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to
understand, anticipate and exceed their needs;
- Persuades clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Calculates client quotations;
- Negotiates tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs;
- Negotiates and closes sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
- Offers after-sales support services;
- Administers client accounts;
- Analyzes costs and sales;
- Prepares reports for area sales manager;
- Meets regular sales targets;
- Records and maintains client contact data;
- Coordinates sales projects;
- Supports marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Performs technical presentations and demonstrates how a product will meet client needs;
- Provides pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
- Liaises with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
- Solves client problems;
- Provides training and produces support material for other members of the sales team.
