As Senior Paralegal you will provide guidance and support to staff across the Legal Department and contribute a wide variety of corporate and commercial and regulatory file support.

Description
Completing and reviewing any administrative documents, procedures and forms related to the corporate, compliance and transaction related issuesFiling, organizing, and maintaining a register of filings and other legal recordsPreparing and organizing signature process and safekeeping of original documentsIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in filesTranslating and/or validating external translationsCoordinating with other areas/departments of the organization to develop efficient procedures/communications to streamline processes and satisfy various department needsCoordinating outside services, either directly or through support departments, and acting as a liaison with involved third parties.Training new legal staff in local office and department procedures and technical aspects of the Paralegal area of expertise
Profile
Minimum five years of experience as a paralegal.Top tier university education is preferredFluency in oral and written English is essential.Proven ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.Comfort dealing with regulatory and compliance issues is a plusArabic fluency is a plus.
