Job Description:
- Acting as a Technical escalation point for all supported technologies
- Excellent experience in Virtualization technologies, Hyper converged infrastructure, Network & network security and cloud is mandatory
- Governing key IT infra projects with zero deviations
- Transforming infrastructure operations to highly reliable project-oriented service delivery architecture
- Driving team for excellence and implementing global best practices for infrastructure operations
- Reporting to management on key developments, implementation, and progress.
- Managing support teams/leads and evaluating performance metrics.
- Managing staff members with increase resilience
Experience:
- Extensive experience in technical management, preferably in IT infrastructure
- Goods hands on experience Virtualization technologies, Hyper converged infrastructure, Network & network security and cloud is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge in innovation and integration.
- Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as hire and train new IT staff.
