1- Purchase and negotiate materials and supplies from vendors.
2- Communicate purchase orders to suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
3- Develop and maintain a supplier contract database.
4-Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
5- Review and evaluate all vendors and suppliers
6- Ensure that the supplier is shipping the specifications of the required items along with the correct shipping documents.
7- Assist in maintaining the purchase Order System to ensure it is accurate, up to date and consistently meets the requirements of the business.
9-Review the overall “value” offered by existing suppliers and ensure cost-efficiency.
10- Maintain a proper and secure filling system for all contracts, orders, quotations, in accordance with the procurement Department’s set policies and procedures.
11- Treat suppliers equally and fairly avoiding conflicts of interest comply with legal and other obligations.
12- Monitor the receipt of purchased materials and services and keep detailed records of purchases, stocks and deliveries.
13- Assist the procurement manager in building strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
14- Support all internal departments in the procurement process and provide guidance on best practices.
15-Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Management.
