Overview
A fast-growing Dubai based technology company is looking for a driven and experienced finance manager/controller who can fulfil senior leadership duties when needed.
No two days will be the same, this role will best suit someone who is a great multi-tasker, result oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- End to End finance responsibility across organisation. Drive margin improvements, lower costs and execute on operational efficiencies.
- Identify, recommend, and drive areas of improvement in the business through financial insights and analysis, ultimately improving the bottom line.
- Manage and report on profitability, progress, and the financial position of different BU’s and projects.
- Work closely with CXO’s on annual financial planning. Develop annual budgets with P&L, cashflow, and investment forecasts.
- Manage stakeholders – suppliers, customers, investors, authorities, auditors etc
- Hands on approach to work – working outside the finance function where needed i.e setting up and driving operational improvements/project management etc
