- Prepares, installs, configures and maintains software and hardware (computers, printers, network cards, CISCO IP phones and other devices , CISCO, Symantec Messaging gateway and antivirus, Sophos Firewall, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server)
- Do what is required when a new employee joins and leaves the facility (such as the identification of the employee fingerprint , Access cards, e - mail account,, Access to shear folders , ...) according to the approved list.
- Checks and follows up the efficiency of the work of the computer hardware and systems and checks the protection programs for the local network
- Provides technical support or training to users on how to operate new devices and applications as well as existing and available networks
- Develops and implements the maintenance plan for the devices and systems used.
- Fixes and minimizes hardware and system failures.
- Saves and updates repair logs and maintenance schedules.
- Updates and reviews inventory, identifies shortages and creates purchase Requisitions .
- Ensuring the implementation of Backup policies for all the network related applications including Active Directory, Exchange Server and CISCO Switches and Routers.
- Prepares standard operating procedures (standard operating procedures for all tasks)
- Performs periodic and non-periodic reports on the programs used and their effectiveness and submits them to the direct manager
- Maintaining licenses, reviewing their validity and following up their renewal.
- Performs similar duties assigned to him within his competence.
