We’re looking to hire an HR Generalist that will be focused on supporting the EMEA region, helping us manage all HR administration, including payroll, benefits, global HR projects, data administration, and act as the first point of contact for our team members.This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced HR professionals to manage the full employee lifecycle while working as an integral part of a globally-distributed technology company.
As Kinsta’s HR Generalist, you will:
- Accurately organize and maintain personnel data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Kinsta’s internal policies.
- Create reports for internal teams when needed.
- Keep internal HR databases and information systems up-to-date.
- Be the first point of contact for questions from employees and contractors regarding HR data or information.
- Assist payroll processing agencies with recurring record keeping and payroll processing activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and timely completion of payroll.
Requirements:
- At leadst 3 years of demonstrated work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, or another similar role.
- Impeccable professionalism and discretion, as you will be operating in an HR role which will have access to a great deal of sensitive information.
- As English is our company language, near native-level fluency in both written and spoken English is a strong requirement.
- Previous experience working with global teams and payroll activities for multiple countries.
- Experience managing HR providers.
Bonus points:
- Experience writing and updating HR policies, workflows and other documentation.
- Work experience in a distributed global company or in a technology startup.
- Familiarity with EU payroll and employment laws (particularly in Serbia, Spain, Portugal, or Greece).
- Knowledge of an additional EMEA language.
