- \[\[Leadership:\[\[ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing data engineering team to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that empower our organization.
- \[\[Data Strategy:\[\[ Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security, while maximizing its potential to inform decision-making.
- \[\[Architectural Vision:\[\[ Define the data architecture, oversee data warehouse design, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our data infrastructure.
- \[\[Data Integration:\[\[ Lead the integration of diverse data sources, ensuring the seamless flow of information for analytics and reporting.
- \[\[Innovation:\[\[ Keep abreast of the latest data engineering technologies and best practices, and guide the organization towards modern data engineering solutions.
- \[\[Regulatory Compliance:\[\[ Ensure that all data engineering practices adhere to government standards and regulations.

- Proven experience as a leader in data engineering or a related field.
- Strong background in data architecture, ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing.
